Using Lists to Organize Your Friends ![]() ![]() Once you open a list and want to change who is in this list, use the button in the upper right of the page to manage that list. ![]()
INCLUDE EXAMPLES Suppose for some reason, there's a group of 3 people that you want to be able to see your birthday, but you dont want everyone else you are friends with to see your "About Me". Create a list called "About Me". Add those 3 people to it. Then go to your edit profile page, find where your About Me is listed, and then click the icon to the right that determines who gets to see it. Select Custom, and then type the name of the list into the MAKE THIS VISIBLE TO box and save. • Show Friends List to only certain friends • Post a status to only certain friends • Photo album(s) visible to only certain friends • Relationship status visible to only certain friends EXCLUDE EXAMPLES Suppose for some reason, there's a group of 5 people at your school who you dont want looking at your relationship status. Create a list called "nosy people". Add those 5 people to it. Then go to your edit profile page, find where your relationship status is, and then click the icon to the right that determines who gets to see it. Select Custom, and then type the name of the list into the HIDE THIS FROM box and save. • Hide Friends List from only certain friends • Hide a Status from only certain friends • Photo album(s) hidden from only certain friends |
