How Do I Make My Photo Albums Private?
If you don't want other people to see your pictures, follow these steps:

Go here to your albums page: My Photo Albums and set the audience privacy settings for each album.

WALL PHOTOS: You cannot make your "Wall Photos" ALBUM private, but you CAN make individual pictures in that album private after you click on that album.
TAGGED PHOTOS: You do not have control over who sees the "tagged pictures" - you would have to delete the tag, then download the picture to your computer, and then re-upload it to facebook yourself to control the privacy settings for them. Make an album called "Tagged Photos"? You can also re-tag the photos if you want. Read THIS
First, view your own timeline, and click the Update Info Button as shown here

On the next page, select Photos from the drop down list as shown here.

Then click on the album that you want to change.
At the top of the next page, you will see a "Edit Album" link. Click it.

A box will pop up with your album options. Click the Privacy dropdown list and select "Only Me"

That album will then be private to you, but you will need to repeat this process for each album that you want private.


If you want to upload a picture, and make it hidden so people wont know you uploaded it, change the audience selector to Custom >> Only Me before clicking "Post Photos".

. HIDING YOUR PROFILE PICTURE: Click on your profile picture to get to the share option.


Select Custom, and then Select ONLY ME
