Facebook Email Notifications

The Facts:
If your email account is getting flooded with Facebook notification emails, there is a really easy fix for this. First, go to your account settings page (found in the menu where "log out" is found)
On a phone, the settings button usually looks something like this (open the Facebook app first)
Then scroll down and look for the notifications link and click/tap it.
