Edit Favorites - Removing Location Map

First, open your timeline, and look for the little arrow on the far right and click it to edit what displays there.

If the Location Map is the item you want to remove, find it in the list, and hover your mouse over it, and click the pencil icon.

Then simply select "remove from favorites"

As for the Location map that shows on your timeline itself, there is no way to simply remove it unless you hide the things that are putting locations on the map. Go to your Activity Log page, and then look for this dropdown, and select "Posts with Location" as shown here

Then go thru the list of items, selecting for each one to be hidden from your Timeline.

Or, you can select "Change Location" from that menu, and just delete the location part of it.
